WpSup LLC Online Sales Agreement

1. Parties

This agreement is made between WpSup LLC (“Seller”) and the customer (“Buyer”) who purchases digital products through the website at www.wpsup.co (“Site”). The Buyer declares that they accept this agreement by making a purchase on the Site.

2. Subject of the Agreement

This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties concerning the digital product purchases made by the Buyer through the Site. The Buyer agrees to purchase digital products from the Seller using a credit card on the Site.

3. Product Information

The Seller commits to providing accurate and up-to-date information about the basic features, prices, and other details of the digital products available on the Site. The Buyer acknowledges that they are informed about the basic characteristics of the digital product they wish to purchase, the sale price, payment method, and all other relevant information, and accepts these details.

4. Order and Payment

The Buyer completes their order using a credit card or other specified payment methods on the Site. Once the payment is successfully completed, the order is confirmed, and the download link or access information for the digital product will be provided to the Buyer. If the payment is not completed, the order will be invalid, and the Seller will not be obligated to provide the digital product.

5. Delivery

Digital products will be sent to the Buyer’s specified email address or made available for download on the Site after the payment is completed. Products requiring installation will be installed and delivered within 24 hours after panel information is provided. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by technical issues during delivery. The Buyer must check the download process at the time of delivery and notify the Seller immediately if any issues arise.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Refund

The Buyer acknowledges that there is no right of withdrawal or refund for digital products. Due to the nature of digital products, they cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered or downloaded. Therefore, the Buyer should review all necessary information about the product before placing an order and make a careful purchasing decision.

7. Warranty and Liability

The Seller guarantees that the digital products offered for sale comply with the applicable laws and will be provided as specified to the Buyer. The Seller does not record or store the Buyer’s credit card information in any manner. The Buyer is responsible for taking necessary precautions to ensure the security of their credit card information during transactions.

8. Privacy

The Buyer’s personal data will be processed and protected in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data. The Seller will use the Buyer’s personal data solely for order processing, digital product delivery, and fulfilling legal obligations.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, and the Delaware Courts will have jurisdiction.

10. Effectiveness

This agreement becomes effective upon the confirmation of the Buyer’s order from the Site. The Buyer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this agreement.
